Yoly Gutierrez Yoly Gutierrez is the office manager and principal legal assistant for our immigration law firm in Charlotte, NC.  She has more than 16 years of legal administrative experience. She acquired most of her immigration experience at a law firm in Miami Lakes, Florida before moving to North Carolina.  Ms. Gutierrez works with various types of immigration law and is now focused mainly on clients who have removal proceedings. Yoly is originally from Colombia and is fluent in Spanish and English.

 

 

 

Ashley Vazquez is a legal assistant at the Charlotte immigration firm – Lopez Law Firm.  She has been with us since 2019, assisting clients who are in removal proceedings in Charlotte immigration court and seeking asylum, cancellation of removal, and other forms of relief. She has also assisted clients with DACA renewals.  She was born in Los Angeles, California and grew up in Charlotte, North Carolina. She is the daughter of Mexican immigrants from Veracruz. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Her ability to handle various cases with efficiency and compassion makes her a valued part of the team.
